As a reader, this excites me for you and the entire entity! Too bad it sprouted up after your podcast appearances, though I suppose without the spelling out, you may not have jumped on this idea until further down the road. Everything indeed happens for a reason!
I had to chuckle at the comment that $100,000 was 'slightly' outside your price range. You mean to say they couldn't have knocked off 5 bucks for ya? :)
Paul, your delight in all the parts of IC that you’ve shared over the past month is heartwarming. Thanks for it and I’m glad you’re enjoying it so much.
I was confused by this announcement at first, then I realized I’m using the Substack app and your domain name isn’t visible.
I tried clicking on the link in Jonathan Fox’s comment and it didn’t open (said Safari couldn’t find site), but when I just copied & pasted the website name it popped right up.
That’s when I realized things look a little different because I’m using the app.
I recently watched a TV show's review of a semi-local pizza place. They made a point to mention that their web address as reported was accurate; it really was [whatever name] dot pizza. That's a domain name you could have used.

10/10 domain name, no notes!

I'll add a note about the app.
Inconspicuous.info has a certain subtlety to it that most definitely suits you, Paul.
Congratulations! It makes this whole project feel more official!
Very appropriate indeed! Congrats :)
Congrats on your new domain name!

Perfect.
**copied & pasted into my Safari browser…
Love the name and new address. My only note is that, at least at the moment, it's not working. At least for me. :(
Not sure what you mean. Doesn't your browser show the new domain in the address bar for this page?
If you're trying "inconspicuous.info" by itself, try adding "www."
Going with a custom URL was a big help here, too.
