The Australian podcast Hamish and Andy specialised in this kind of precision (they recently ended the segment after a conclave https://youtu.be/BCKIpmVC98k). I enjoyed the fitting the leftovers into the correct-sized tupperware container (https://youtu.be/4tmjJ5yKAU8) but there are a few online including one you referenced (find the page - https://youtu.be/5kPxsaKvWhc)

"My tempo!" (Sorry, I couldn't resist, for those who have seen the movie "Whiplash.")

Thank you for that fact-check! I'll adjust the wording accordingly.
