Ranking the 2024 NFL Uniform Changes

It’s been a super-busy time in the NFL uni-verse. Here’s how all the new developments stack up.

The NFL uni-verse has just gone through an extraordinarily busy period. A whopping seven teams have announced uniform changes for 2024 — some major, some minor, but all noteworthy. And a veritable geyser of recent leaks suggests that there may be even more changes in the pipeline.

Most of these changes were announced during a frantic nine-day period from April 15 through April 23. Now that the dust has settled and we’ve had time to catch our breath, it’s time to take stock of the uni changes.

For the purposes of this list, I’ve ranked only the changes that have been announced by the respective teams. Unconfirmed leaks or anonymous-sourced developments are not included.

The good news is that I think six of the seven changes are upgrades; the bad news is that several of them aren’t as good as they could have been, but I’d still count this latest round of uni revisions as a cumulative net plus for the NFL. Here are my rankings, from worst to first:
